These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ttmp4 platform, including all betting products, promotional offers, financial transactions, and support services. Please read them carefully before registering an account.
The clauses below constitute the complete agreement between you and ttmp4. The summary cards highlight the most important obligations and protections for Indonesian members.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the ttmp4 platform. Age verification may be requested at any point.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. No conversion fees apply.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. These are clearly stated in the individual promotion pages. Abuse of bonus structures may result in account suspension.

Each member may hold only one active account on ttmp4. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited pending investigation.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.
Access to and use of the ttmp4 platform is strictly conditional on the following eligibility criteria being met at all times. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
To access real-money betting and gaming services on ttmp4, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:
3.1 — Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile number, must be accurate, complete, and current. ttmp4 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate member-supplied information.
3.2 — One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one account on the ttmp4 platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.3 — Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ttmp4 will treat any activity performed using your credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified ttmp4 in advance that your account may have been compromised. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ttmp4 support immediately via live chat.
3.4 — KYC Verification. ttmp4 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent time. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP), and may additionally include a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your address. ttmp4 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 — Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. ttmp4 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, as notified to the member in advance by email. The applicable fee rate will be published on the platform at the time of implementation. An account balance that reaches zero due to inactivity fees will be closed.
All financial transactions on ttmp4 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ttmp4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 — Accepted Deposit Methods. ttmp4 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000.
4.2 — Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited to your ttmp4 account instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Indonesian public holidays. Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours; processing times may be extended during peak periods or maintenance windows.
4.3 — Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to members whose accounts have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name — third-party withdrawal destinations are strictly prohibited.
4.4 — Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed within the same business day for requests received before 20:00 WIB. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. ttmp4 targets a processing time of under 2 hours for verified members during standard operating hours.
4.5 — Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to ttmp4 are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. ttmp4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and to freeze withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation of fund sources.
4.6 — Errors and Reversals. In the event of an erroneous credit to your account (whether due to technical error or human mistake), ttmp4 reserves the right to reverse that credit at any time, irrespective of any intervening wagering activity. You must notify ttmp4 immediately upon identifying any error in your account balance.
ttmp4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer:
5.1 — Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page for each bonus. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered ten times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
5.2 — Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution table for each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.
5.3 — Expiry. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the member's account automatically without notice.
5.4 — One Bonus Per Household / Device. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per individual, household, shared device, or shared IP address. ttmp4 reserves the right to decline or reverse bonus claims where this restriction is found to have been circumvented.
5.5 — Bonus Abuse. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing hedge bets, exploiting system errors, or coordinating play between multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. ttmp4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where abuse is identified, without prior notice.
5.6 — Promotional Amendments. ttmp4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that the interests of members who have already validly claimed and are actively clearing a bonus are reasonably protected.
The following general betting rules apply across all products on the ttmp4 platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sportsbook markets, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot titles) are published separately within each product section of the platform.
6.1 — Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at ttmp4's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation reference on-screen. ttmp4 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
6.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet. ttmp4 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time, including on a per-account basis, without prior notice.
6.3 — Errors in Odds or Payouts. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously erroneous odds value (whether through a system error, human error, or feed error), ttmp4 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. ttmp4 will provide written notice to the affected member within 48 hours of identifying the error.
6.4 — Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, ttmp4's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available information, is final.
6.5 — Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are subject to a delay in acceptance to protect against latency abuse. ttmp4 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
6.6 — Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final and binding once the round is completed. Disconnection during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy, which is documented within each game's help section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttmp4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
All content on the ttmp4 platform — including but not limited to the ttmp4 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, data, and game content — is the property of ttmp4 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, mirror, or create derivative works based on any platform content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from ttmp4.
Game content and software supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners and are governed by those studios' own licensing agreements with ttmp4.
ttmp4's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary: ttmp4 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. ttmp4 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest.
You have the right to request access to the personal data ttmp4 holds about you, to request corrections of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data in circumstances where ttmp4 is no longer required to retain it. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttmp4 excludes all liability for the following:
Nothing in this clause limits ttmp4's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 — Suspension by ttmp4. ttmp4 may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, that fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred on your account, or that a regulatory or compliance obligation requires it. During a suspension, access to the platform and the processing of withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation.
11.2 — Termination by ttmp4. Following the conclusion of an investigation into a suspended account, ttmp4 may permanently close the account if the investigation substantiates a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ttmp4 will communicate its decision in writing and will provide information on the outcome of any balance held, which may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature of the breach.
11.3 — Voluntary Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting ttmp4 support via live chat. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real money balance. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be cancelled upon account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.
11.4 — Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a concern that gambling may be negatively affecting you — please use the self-exclusion options available on the Responsible Gaming page, or request a self-exclusion directly through live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are given priority over standard account closure requests.
ttmp4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ttmp4 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered members via email and/or an on-platform notification. For non-material or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to contact information), ttmp4 may update these Terms without prior notice.
The version of these Terms in force at the time you place a bet or make a deposit is the version that governs that transaction. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ttmp4 holds its international operating licence. ttmp4 operates under internationally recognised gaming licensing standards and complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be first referred to ttmp4's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 14). If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of formal escalation, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or to the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under Indonesian law to the extent they are applicable to you and cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
